WIN Career Readiness
WIN Career Readiness Courseware is free online training available to all Indiana residents and employers. WIN uses real-world situations you could face at work to build relevant job skills. By 2020, 90 percent of all jobs will require an education beyond high school. WIN can give you the boost you need to update your skills and stay competitive in the job market. This free training is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can work at your own pace.
Courses are available in ten areas:
Once you master the WIN courses, take your skills to the next level by earning a National Career Readiness Certificate. WIN prepares you to pass WorkKeys assessments, similar to an end of course exam. Once you complete the WorkKeys assessments, you can earn a National Career Readiness Certification and prove to employers that you have what it takes to do the job. Visit your local WorkOne for more information about WorkKeys or to register for the assessment(s) with a staff member.
