As a Production Associate, the associate may be required to perform each job within his shop. Associate may be required to work in a fast paced environment on a moving assembly line. The associate may be required to move in and out of the moving vehicle to do required work. The associate may be required to work on his feet 8 or more hours per day for 5 to 6 days per week. The associate will be required to work in an environment that is not temperature controlled. The associate may be required to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds. The associate may be required to work at or above chest level, at or below waist level, overhead. The stations may require bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, lifting, stretching, sitting, or standing to complete the tasks. The associate may be required to use pinching, gripping and grasping techniques. The associate may be required to drive a motorized vehicle.
Must have at least one year factory/manufacturing experience.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years old.
Upon completion of probationary period (120 calendar days), Associates are eligible to receive an attendance bonus of $1.25/per hour worked.
After probationary period, total combined wage is $16.00/hour.
