I-File is the Indiana Department of Revenue’s free Web-based tax filing service that allows you to file your Indiana individual income taxes quickly and securely. I-File’s user-friendly features include:

Increased security with your own security questions for password retrieval
Question-and-answer format that chooses the correct tax form and walks you through each step of completing your return.
Pre-filled information (i.e. name, address and employer) to save you time when filing.
Resume function allows you to save your work and finish at another time.
Help links that reference tax booklet instructions and worksheets.
Reprint function that allows you to print your completed tax return.
Review function, so you can review your tax return as you progress through your filing.
Navigation that allows you to skip sections or return to previous sections

To file your Indiana taxes using I-File, make sure you:
Have your completed 2007 federal return.
Qualify to use I-File.
Have your W-2s, 1099s, etc.
