What Does the Customer Service Division Do?
September 6, 2017
Do you have a question about your Indiana state taxes? The Indiana Department of Revenue’s customer service representatives are ready to take your call!
The department has been undergoing big changes to its customer service operations. In fact, until just recently, what is now known as the Customer Service division was called Tax Administration. However, providing best-in-class customer service is a top goal of the department and the new name better reflects what it strives to achieve every day.
As part of the department’s efforts to provide best-in-class service, it is rolling out new, enhanced training to its customer service representatives as well as implementing new quality control measures.
The department is working hard to ensure that the citizens of Indiana have their tax issues addressed in an efficient, fair and friendly manner, and they are treated as cared for and valued customers.
Look for additional information about the department’s Customer Service division in the upcoming months!
