By definition, a private employment agency is any person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation, who for hire or with a view to profit offers an individual help to secure employment through:

  • card, circular, pamphlet, or any medium whatsoever
  • display of a sign or bulletin
  • information as to where to find employment

To obtain a new license from the Indiana Department of Revenue so that you may operate in the State of Indiana as a private employment agency, the following is required:
