To assist Hoosiers with a Commercial Driver’s License, MCSD offers a new Integrated Voice Response (IVR) System. The IVR allows a driver or carrier to check the status of a driver’s long-form physical at any time. In Indianapolis, dial (317)615-7433 to reach the IVR. Outside of Indianapolis the system is available at 1-866-829-0501.
