The Garrison Restaurant’s creed is "fresh is best". In keeping with that mindset, our culinary team is constantly analyzing every detail of our customer’s dining experience. One that we have focused on is the seasoning in all of our dishes. We create an extensive herb garden during the summer. Also, our pastry chef with sixteen years of experience baking for "Dutch Oven" creates all of our desserts from scratch.

Sunday Brunch

Sunday 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

The Garrison Restaurant offers a fabulous brunch buffet in the Blue Heron Ballroom. From the made-to-order omelet station with accompanying waffle station to the expanse of delectable food to the carving station of roast beef, ham and salmon, to the astonishing array of desserts, our guests are able to put together an impressive dining experience every time they visit our Sunday Brunch. We haven’t forgotten the little ones either. We have a special "Just for Kids" buffet bar for them.

Lunch

Monday through Saturday 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Our dining room features a luncheon buffet with homemade soups, salad bar and desserts. The soup and salad bar can also be ordered alone .We also offer salad bowls and sandwiches ala Carte with tasty options such as hand-breaded tenderloin, our infamous Spinach Melt on Rye and an Officer’s Club.

Country Supper Buffet

Friday and Saturday 5:00 - 8:30 pm

Fried chicken, catfish, plus each night an additional entree such as meatloaf, country ham, pork chops, or other chef's choice along with green beans, mashed potatoes, skillet gravy, fresh vegetable of the day, mac-n-cheese, and assorted desserts. Adults $13.99, children 5 to 9 $9.99, kids 4 and under are free.
