The Garrison Restaurantís creed is "fresh is best". In keeping with that mindset, our culinary team is constantly analyzing every detail of our customerís dining experience. One that we have focused on is the seasoning in all of our dishes. We create an extensive herb garden during the summer. Also, our pastry chef with sixteen years of experience baking for "Dutch Oven" creates all of our desserts from scratch.
The Garrison Restaurant offers a fabulous brunch buffet in the Blue Heron Ballroom. From the made-to-order omelet station with accompanying waffle station to the expanse of delectable food to the carving station of roast beef, ham and salmon, to the astonishing array of desserts, our guests are able to put together an impressive dining experience every time they visit our Sunday Brunch. We havenít forgotten the little ones either. We have a special "Just for Kids" buffet bar for them.
Our dining room features a luncheon buffet with homemade soups, salad bar and desserts. The soup and salad bar can also be ordered alone .We also offer salad bowls and sandwiches ala Carte with tasty options such as hand-breaded tenderloin, our infamous Spinach Melt on Rye and an Officerís Club.
A delicious buffet featuring: fried catfish, ribeye steaks, shrimp, fried chicken, soup and salad bar, assorted desserts and so much more. Adults - $14.50, Children (5-11) $9.95, Children 4 and under are FREE.
