Lodging at Ross Camp is barrack style (heated). Shower and toilet
facilities are located in the barrack basements. Participants
will need to provide their own mattress and linens including towels,
pillows, bed sheets and blankets or sleeping bags. Tent camping
is available (bring your own); however, each participant will
also be given a barrack assignment in case of inclement weather.
Limited RV spaces are available. Please call (317) 232-4194 for
reservations.
An information packet will be mailed four weeks prior to workshop.
It will include camp recommendations and a map. All demonstration
equipment will be provided unless otherwise noted in the packet.
No class choices may be exchanged after registering for the workshop. Preference is given to first-time participants.
Refund Policy: Cancellation deadline is March 31, 2008.
If you cancel before April 1, you will receive a refund (minus
$20 processing fee). There are no refunds for registrants who
cancel after March 31. However, you may send a substitute to the
workshop to attend the same classes. All refunds will be issued
by a check, including registrations through our online process.
All
charge-backs to the online registration will be assessed a
$25 processing fee in addition to all other fees.
