FormsThe project coordinator can use these forms for assistance when planning a Storm Drain Marking Event and for asking permission. Take into consideration that asking permission isn't the same statewide. Call your county Public Works Department, Soil and Water Conservation District or Purdue Cooperative-Extension Office for proper procedures. It also may be best to follow-up with a cover letter along with your organization's contact information.
