The State and National Registers are an easy way to identify resources that have already been formally recognized for their historic character. Additionally, Indiana’s Historic Sites and Structures Inventory (made up of individual County surveys of historic properties and sites) also offers a great way to identify historical properties throughout the state.

Listings of historic Indiana properties in the State or National Registers are available below. If you would like to see a listing's entire application or history, you can find that information in our online database "SHAARD." To view a complete listing, just log into SHAARD.
