Aquatic Plant Rule
The Aquatic Plant Rule (312 IAC 18-3-23) designates 30 species of plants as invasive in Indiana. This rule makes it illegal to sell, offer for sale, gift, barter, exchange, distribute, or transport these plants in the State of Indiana. Learn what you need to know in the Aquatic Plant Rule Brochure.
