Scientific Name: Pteromyini or Petauristini
Diet: Forage for food at night and hunt for fungi, nuts, fruits and bird eggs
Location: Found in isolated populations around the state.
Fun Fact: Flying squirrels don't actually fly. Instead, the glide between trees changing direction and speed by moving it's arms and legs.
