Common Name: Fowler's Toad

Scientific Name: Bufo fowleri
Diet: Variety of insects, spiders, worms, centipedes, millipedes, etc.
Habitat: Areas with loose or sandy soil such as wooded country, lake margins, streambeds, flood plains, and gardens.
Fun Fact: The call of a Fowler's Toad is a short, nasal w-a-a-a-h, lasting 3-4 seconds and sounds like a lifeguard's whistle.
