DLGF > Distressed Unit Appeals Board Distressed Unit Appeals Board

In 2012, the General Assembly passed House Enrolled Act 1192 amending the responsibilities of the Distressed Unit Appeals Board (DUAB). The DUAB will now receive petitions from school corporations in need of various relief, as well as, distressed political subdivisions.
