The Training Branch of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security's Preparedness and Training Division works in cooperation with the Search and Rescue Training Center, the Exercise Coordination Branch, and the Fire and Public Safety Academy Training System, within the Indiana Department of Homeland Security Division of Fire and Building Safety. Within these areas reside numerous training and exercise programs which work together to facilitate training of Indiana's response community. The mission of the Training Branch is to provide state and local officials with high-quality training and educational opportunities.

FEMA Course Application Update (IDHS Training & Preparedness Division)

Effective 7/7/16, please send all applications or information regarding FEMA-related courses to training@dhs.in.gov. Do not send this information to individual staff members, as a response may be delayed. This address is monitored by staff Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
