Vision
The vision of the Emergency Management Alliance of Indiana is to become, within the next 10 years, a wide-spread network of emergency management professionals, and an organization that cultivates and fosters a collaborative and supportive professional environment, while also preparing, promoting, informing, serving, and rewarding our members and customers.
Mission
Our mission is to advance the profession of emergency management, in Indiana, by promoting and implementing the principles of emergency management; to assist and prepare our members through the implementation of emergency management functions, in all phases of emergency management; to advance the emergency management profession through greater awareness and understanding of the value, need, and importance of emergency management professionals; and to elevate the professionalism of members of the emergency management field.
