IDHS > About IDHS > Infrastructure Damage Assessment Information Infrastructure Damage Assessment Information

The Infrastructure Damage Assessment tool now available online allows local jurisdictions to report damage. This tool is used in conjunction with the Public Assistance (PA) program in which state government and local governments and certain non-profit organizations are able to report their damage. To obtain access for reporting online, local jurisdictions will need to get a login from their county EMA directors.

By having this information available online, county EMA directors will be able to see all reports that have come in from their county and will allow IDHS to calculate damage faster to determine if the Governor should request a Presidential Disaster Declaration.

If you are a state or local government or an eligible non-profit organization and have sustained damage from wind, rain, or flooding during a natural hazard incident or other emergency, please report that damage online. After you have received a login from your EMA Director visit https://myoracle.in.gov/hs/dev/flood/cost/loginForm.jsp to begin reporting your damage.
