Unidentifiable Children

The children in the following list are currently NOT available for adoption.

For a child to be eligible for adoption, his/her biological parent(s) rights must be terminated. This legal process of terminating both parents' rights is very thorough and can be lengthy.

In the best interest of the children, families may have already been selected for some of these children, or they may already be living in a pre-adoptive home.
