The successful candidate shall hold a bachelor’s degree in a social sciences discipline from an accredited college or university. As a Family Case Manager you will:

  • investigate reports of abuse and neglect;
  • determine treatment plans for children and families based on needs assessments;
  • establish permanency for children removed from homes;
  • conduct home studies and provide recom-mendations for adoption proceedings;
  • testify in court concerning the needs of families and children;
  • make a difference in a child’s life.

Training:
Approximately twelve (12) weeks in duration with some/all classes taking place in Indianapolis depending upon the incumbents’s geographic assignment.

Starting Salary:
Family Case Manager 2 $1,278.00 Bi-Weekly, $33,228 Annually
