USDA Farm Service Agency Payments

This announcement is for Non-Custodial Parents receiving Farm Service Agency (FSA), Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) payments from the USDA.

On or around September 1, 2009 all Farm Service Agency (FSA), Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) payments will be processed through the United States Treasury Department’s Financial Management Service (FMS) making them eligible for child support offset.  Up to 100 percent can be intercepted to cover current child support balances first and outstanding arrears second.  Only payments made to individual Social Security numbers will be eligible for this offset.

The Kidsline Customer Service will not be available on Saturdays starting on 8/1/09. The automated service remains available 24 x 7.
