Mary MurdockExecutive Director 

Mary L. Allen serves as ICJI's Executive Director. In this role, she works with ICJI's executive team, management staff and Board of Trustees to determine federal and state funding priorities. Additionally, Mary works with State Personnel to coordinate a variety of human resource functions on behalf of the agency.

Mary's professional experience directing projects in human resources management and organizational development is essential to her role as Executive Director and makes her a valuable asset to the agency.

Before coming to ICJI, Mary was the Chief Operations Officer at the Marion County Justice Agency. Mary provided managerial oversight and assisted the Director in formulating financial policies as well as helped to develop comprehensive administrative prototypes that proved to accommodate the needs of the agency and its staff.

Mary received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1996.
