Grant Manager
Terrie Grantham joined the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute on June 1, 1999 as the Institute’s receptionist. Six months later she was promoted into the Victim’s Compensation Division as a claim analyst. Later, Terrie was offered the Grant Manager position in Victim’s Assistance to oversee the VOCA and STOP grant programs.
Terrie accepted the Grant Manager position in the Drug and Crime Control Division of the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute in February, 2004. In this capacity, Ms. Grantham coordinates the Drug and Crime Control Division’s grant programs on both the federal and local levels. The current programs are the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG), Residential Substance Abuse and Treatment Program (RSAT), Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) (ending), Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program (BVP), Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Program, Anti-Gang Initiative, and the National Criminal History Improvement Program (NCHIP).
Before joining the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, Terrie worked for Superior Court 13, spent several years as a Realtor for Remax, and was employed ten years as an Employee Benefits Representative for AMAX Coal Company.
