John Mull
South East Law Enforcement Liaison

Serving Bartholomew, Clark, Dearborn, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Jennings, Johnson, Ohio, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Scott, Switzerland, and Union counties.

John Mull John Mull is the Law Enforcement Liaison for the Southeast Region of Indiana. Mr. Mull is a 37 year veteran of the Indiana State Police, where he served as a Trooper, Criminal Investigator, Firearms Instructor, Bomb Technician, and State Bomb Squad Commander. John also served in the Public Information Section of the Department as Supervisor.

Mr. Mull received national recognition from National Highway Traffic Safety Association (NHTSA) for a program he developed regarding seatbelt usage. The "Buckle Up America" program was adopted as a national seatbelt enforcement project.

Mr. Mull is the only officer from Indiana who has been inducted into the Public Information/Safety Education Officers “Hall of Fame” by the National Uniform Safety Education Officers Inc.

John and his wife, Joann, live in Rushville, Indiana.
