Serving Brown, Clay, Greene, Hendricks, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Putnam, Sullivan, and Vigo counties.
Larry Woods is the Law Enforcement Liaison for the West Central Region. He retired from the Highland Police Department in 2001 after 20 years of service. Mr. Woods is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, session 185. Prior to his career in law enforcement, he served five years in the US Navy. Mr. Woods joined the Governor’s Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving in October of 2002.
