Lance Grubbs
North East Law Enforcement Liaison

Serving Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Elkhart, Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Saint Joseph, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley counties.

Lance GrubbsLance Grubbs is the Northeast Region Law Enforcement Liaison. Mr. Grubbs is a 21-year veteran of the Warsaw Police Department, beginning his service there in January of 1977. Mr. Grubbs held several positions during his tenure, including Patrolman, Corporal, Sergeant, and Patrol Lieutenant. He retired in July of 1998. Mr. Grubbs joined the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute as a Law Enforcement Liaison in November of 1998.

Lifetime residents of Warsaw, Indiana, Mr. Grubbs and his wife of 26 years, Michele, have two children. Their son Brandon is currently serving in the United States Navy, and their daughter Haley is attending Warsaw Community High School. In his spare time, Mr. Grubbs enjoys golf and being an IHSAA Basketball Observer and IHSAA and College Softball Umpire.
