Course Description

This one day course is being added due to increased attacks by defense counsel on field sobriety tests in Indiana and due to increased demand by deputy prosecutors.

This course will provide a one day overview for deputy prosecutors on Standardized Field Sobriety Testing in Indiana and will include the proper administration of standardized field sobriety tests, proper training, and training on the most recent defense attacks on the OWI case and how to successfully combat those defense attacks.
