Unlimited Horizons Scholarship

A college outreach initiative that provides educational opportunities for African-American students at Vincennes University.

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

Unlimited Horizons (UH) is a full-scholarship program that was developed by Vincennes University in 2003 to help provide a college education for under-represented populations. Each fall, VU works with state, community, and church leaders to admit a cohort of Unlimited Horizons students to the Vincennes campus.

This initiative was taken as a result of VU's concern for Indiana's escalating college costs, coupled with a belief that all students - regardless of background - deserve the chance to reach their full potential.

Recipients will receive financial assistance to cover required expenses, providing they remain in good standing.* Expenses are defined as those costs usually paid directly to the college and include tuition, books, room and board, and mandatory fees.
