Below please find the University budget requests for the 2015-17 biennium. These requests include executive summaries from the institutions, operating budgets (operating EXAMPLE only) based on 7% of operating funds being based on performance funding in FY2016 and 8% in FY2017. These examples reallocate 5% of the base in FY2016 and 6% in FY2017.
