Previously LaMothe served as Executive Vice President of Element Materials Technologies, specifically leading the global Transportation, Power Generation and Industrials Sectors of the company. Element acquired LaMothe’s company, Sherry Laboratories Holdings, LLC in 2013 where he served as Partner, Chairman and CEO. Prior to acquiring Sherry Labs, LaMothe served as President and COO of Oxford Financial Group, LTD, one of the largest private wealth management firms in the country with over $8 Billion under management. Gerald L. Bepko was first appointed at Indiana University in the School of Law - Indianapolis in 1972 and served the university in various capacities for 32 years until his retirement in 2004. As Chancellor for seventeen years, he presided over significant changes including enrollment changes, increased research support, physical consolidation of the campus to West Michigan Street and a successful capital campaign for IUPUI which produced more than one billion dollars. In his last year of work as a university executive, Bepko served as Interim President of IU, in between Myles Brand's departure to become head f the NCAA and the appointment of Adam Herbert. Bepko earned a B.S. from Northern Illinois, a JD from the IIT Chicago Kent College of Law, and the LLM from Yale.

Dennis Bland received his primary and elementary education through Indianapolis Public Schools and attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana following his graduation from Broad Ripple High School. Jon Costas is a long-term Valparaiso resident who has been involved in his community in many ways. He began his political career in 1985, winning an at-large seat on the Valparaiso City Council. He has been Mayor since 2004 and has made a name for himself as an extraordinary leader who advocates both careful planning and positive action. A 1975 graduate of Valparaiso High School, Jon received his B.A. from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana, and his law degree with high distinction from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Costas is an attorney with Burke, Costanza, and Cuppy LLP, and specializes in the field of Elder Law, having obtained his certification in elder law from the National Law Foundation. He is also an adjunct professor at Valparaiso Law School.

A Michigan native, Michael Justin (Jud) Fisher is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He joined Ball Brothers Foundation in 2003 after working in administration for Old National Bancorp. In addition to his duties as president and chief operating officer of BBF, he serves on the boards of several regional and statewide organizations including the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, the Edmund F. and Virginia B. Ball Foundation, Delaware Advancement Corporation and The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc. He is the grandson of John W. Fisher and Janice Ball Fisher (1916-2010), the youngest daughter of BBF founder E. B. Ball. Fisher grew up in Leland, Michigan, and graduated from Leland High School. He worked in a horse stable, on charter fishing boats, in the cherry orchards, as a sailing instructor, and at several other jobs while growing up in Leelanau County. He loves to hunt, fish, sail, hike, and generally be outdoors.

Caren Whitehouse is the Director of Development at the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation. The EVSC is the third largest school district in Indiana with an enrollment of almost 23,000 students. The EVSC is currently building upon its knowledge base to provide a more comprehensive approach to student success that includes academics, social/emotional health, family/community partnerships and neurological health. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Director of the Vanderburgh County Medical Society in Evansville, Indiana. Ms. Whitehouse also serves the community on the Southwestern Healthcare Board of Directors, the Rotary Club of Evansville and several other community boards. She holds an AS degree from the University of Evansville and received her BSOM degree from Oakland City University as an adult learner/non-traditional student.
