For all Settlement Class Members in the class action lawsuit regarding fee overcharges for a driver’s license issued by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV):
Within forty-five (45) days after the Court has granted final approval of the Settlement, this page will be made available for any Class Member who would like to request a Settlement payment in the form of a check instead of a credit applied to future transactions with the BMV.
