The Internet continues to explode in popularity among young people. More and more teens keep in touch through instant messaging, social networking sites (such as Facebook) and text messaging. Unfortunately, this electronic forum has given sexual predators unprecedented access to our children.

To help protect your children from sexual predators, Attorney General Greg Zoeller offers an e-mail notification system to keep Hoosiers informed of new sex offenders in their communities. The Attorney General also provides a mapping function which allows you to search for all sex offenders in your area. Registration is only required for the notification portion of the site, while the mapping function is available at all times. Staying informed is one of the best ways to help protect your family.
