Meetings

The Alcohol & Tobacco Commission conducts two types of meetings on a monthly basis: Commission Meetings and Local Alcoholic Beverage Board Hearings. 

Commission Meetings

By law (I.C. 7.1-2-1-10), the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. The meeting time is 10:00 AM. Commission meetings are held at:

Meetings are open to the public. Commission Meeting Model Agenda 

The Commission may also hold special meetings as necessary. Special meetings (date, time, and agenda) are posted at the main office of the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission and on this website.

Local Alcoholic Beverage Board Hearings

A detailed schedule of the Local Alcoholic Beverage Board Hearing meeting dates and locations can be found by clicking on the links below. Dates, times and participants are posted at least one month ahead of time on this site. 

This local board schedule only lists those applications that have been recently advertised for a hearing. There may be other applications scheduled to be heard that were continued from previous hearings but were not posted on this site.
