All IAC grant applications and reports are now online. All direct grant programs will be applied to through IAC's Online Grant System. Even if your grant deadline is months away, you can start to enter your basic information and manage your grant application now. Only one application is allowed per year, per organization or 501(c)(3) for a grant in any of the following IAC grant categories: Reginal Initiative Grants (Arts Project Support and Arts Operating Support) Arts Operating Support II, Arts Operating Support III, Statewide Arts Service Organizations, Arts in Education, and Regional Arts Partnership Regional Block Grant, and Regional Arts Partnership Operating Support. If special funding opportunities arise, some deviation from this rule may be permitted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the IAC and the funding source. Public entities, chapters/affiliates, and fiscal agent relationship will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Arts in Education Granting Program
The Arts in Education (AIE) Granting Program was developed to help support curriculum needs, impact student engagement and performance, and develop a long term commitment to the arts in schools at the primary and secondary levels. Qualified applicants will be asked to develop a balanced and working partnership to help develop and implement a successful educational project. The role of the partnership is seen as an enhancement to the work of the professional educator in the educational setting, not intended to replace staff or faculty. All projects must include and meet a minimum of five (5) current Indiana Academic Standards. Individual Artist Program
The Individual Artist Program (IAP) funds projects to aid in artist career development.

Statewide Arts Service Organizations
Provides financial support to organizations offering technical assistance on a statewide or multi-regional basis, with an emphasis on arts providers in underserved communities.
Arts Operating Support III (AOS III)
The Arts Operating Support III (AOS III) program provides annual operating support for the ongoing artistic and administrative functions of eligible arts organizations that provide quality arts and cultural activities on a statewide or multi-regional basis, with special attention to underserved communities.
Capacity Building Grant Program
CBGP will provide information, skills, resources and expertise to individuals, organizations and communities throughout Indiana. CBGP support helps build stronger leaders, mangers, and organizations through educational programming in a city, county, region, multi-region or statewide. CBGP is for organizations that provide capacity building to constituents. It is not for organizations looking to receive capacity building for their own organization.
Regional Arts Partner Grant Program
In 1996, the Indiana Arts Commission and 12 community-based organizations jointly established the Indiana Regional Arts Partnership. In December 2011, the Commission voted to dissolve the region 11 partnership. The counties served by region 11 have been absorbed by the region 8, 10 and 12 partners for Fiscal Year 2013 and beyond. In collaboration with the IAC, the RAP exists to promote and expand participation in the arts in Indiana. It provides broad local access to arts services and funding opportunities throughout the State of Indiana. Services include, but are not limited to, information and referral, technical assistance, and regranting of state and federal funds.
Statewide Cultural District Program
A cultural district is a well-recognized, labeled, mixed-use area of a community in which high concentrations of cultural assets serve as the anchor. Indiana Statewide Cultural Districts promote the exploration of and participation in the arts and humanities through cultural experiences that are unique to our communities. Indiana Statewide Cultural Districts support community life and economic vitality.
A Summary of the Recommendations for Serving the Arts in this Economic Environment
