Arts in the Parks and Historic Sites, 2017

Arts in the Parks and Historic Sites draws upon traditional and non-traditional arts and artists in Indiana, weaving arts into our state’s natural beauty and rural settings. Arts in the Parks and Historic Sites provides funding for arts program related projects that encourage the creation of and public engagement with art about the Indiana state park/forest system as well as Indiana State Historic Sites. Funding provides nonprofit organizations and individual artists funding and support to bring arts programs, services and artist in residencies to local communities.

Final Grant Report due for organizations January 16, 2018, 4:30 p.m.
Final Grant Report due for individuals January 18, 2018, 4:30 p.m.

Application Review Process

Each eligible application will be reviewed and scored by a conflict-free panel comprised of arts, environmental, and history professionals using the Arts in the Park and Historic Sites program Application Review Criteria. The panel review will be open to the public, and applicants are invited and encouraged to attend to hear feedback. There is no provision for public comment or questions during the grant advisory panel session. Applications will be reviewed in the order found on the "Application Summary Sheet". All panels are recorded and will be posted shortly after the panel convenes, however the IAC cannot guarantee recording quality.
