Indiana Supreme Court, Courtroom, Statehouse #317, Indpls, IN This event is handicapped accessible
After Anglemyer pleaded guilty to robbery and battery pursuant to a plea agreement, the Kosciusko Superior Court sentenced him to sixteen years. Rejecting arguments that the sentence was erroneous and the trial courtís sentencing statement incomplete, the Court of Appeals affirmed in Anglemyer v. State, 845 N.E.2d 1087 (Ind. Ct. App. 2006), vacated. The Supreme Court has granted a petition to transfer the case, thus vacating the opinion of the Court of Appeals, and has assumed jurisdiction over the appeal. Attorney for Anglemyer: Joel Schumm, Indianapolis, IN. Attorney for State: Justin Roebel, Indianapolis, IN.
