Step 1 of 7: Choose DPPA Reason

You will need to select your Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) reason for performing this search. The service will initially display the DPPA reason you chose in your most recent use of the online service.

Step 2 of 7: Search

You can search for a driver license record by driver license number, name and date of birth, or social security number. This example uses name and date and birth. Please note that no hyphens or backslashes appear in the date of birth.
