Indiana Outdoor Note Cubes

Retailers have been sent an Indiana Outdoor Note Cube from DNR. These note cubes are designed to allow a retailer the ability to provide license customers with something in the event of a system outage, connectivity problem or equipment failure.

Please use ONLY as explained below:

1. Call the DNR retailer support line at 866.859.0028, select Option 4.
2. A retailer support representative can assist in processing the license transaction.
3. To process the license for your customer, the retailer support representative will need your login information.
4. The retailer support representative will then collect all the information needed for processing the license. Since your login is used, the sale will be applied to your store.
5. The retailer support representative will also let you know the amount due for the license purchase. Collect this money from the customer.
6. After processing the license, the retailer support representative will provide you with the License Number and Sport ID number of the purchased license.
7. Write the License and Sport ID numbers in the spaces provided on the note cube.
8. Give the customer the SHEET from the note cube with these numbers; this will serve as their TEMPORARY license (to be used until their printed license arrives by mail).
9. The retailer support representative will mail the official license to the customer.
