For a yearly subscription fee of $50 (which includes not just one - but 10 user names and passwords), you can access the BMV Title & Lien Search. Once the reason for your search is specified under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), records can be searched using the following criteria:
- Title number, or
- Year, Make and Vehicle Identification Number, or;
- Social Security Number.
