Event Description:
This fun and instructive weekend workshop is designed to help beginners discover the how-to's of camping, including putting up a tent, building a fire, and preparing easy meals. Participants will also learn how to assemble a fishing pole and go fishing, and how to fillet and cook fish.

The workshop is open to adults and families with children. Participants over the age of 17 must bring an Indiana fishing license. They must be purchased in advance, either online at indianaoutdoor.in.gov or at a local retailer. Tents, sleeping bags, firewood, coolers and all fishing equipment will be provided for free. Campsite rental for two nights is $64.20. Registration is required for this weekend workshop.
