Discover Indiana's Underground World by visiting Wyandotte Caves for the last open weekend of the season. Tours offer an opportunity to learn about the cave's history, see rock formations, and go deep below the Earth's surface.
Little Wyandotte is a short and easy trip open to all ages and offers a comprehensive view of rock formations. Cave dwelling species make be seen occasionally. Tours last 30 minutes and are offered at 10am, 11am, 1pm, and 2 pm.
Big Wyandotte is a 2 hour, rugged tour and participants must be at least 6 years of age and in good physical health and able to navigate steep terrain and many stairs. Headlamps and helmets are provided for this tour. This tour includes views of rare rock formations and and the view of "Monument Mountain", on of the largest underground mountains in the U.S. Tours are offered at 11am and 1pm.
