Entry Description
Dearborn County: Yesterday at approximately 4:00 p.m. Indiana State Police troopers with assistance from Aurora and Lawrenceburg Police Department executed a search warrant at 236 Stoney Lonesome Road in Aurora which resulted in numerous arrests. According to Trooper Cameron McCreary, an informant’s tip led to a search warrant being issued to search the Stoney Lonesome residence. As a result of the search warrant, seven individuals were arrested yesterday.

Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony)
Refusal of a Detainee to Identify (Class C Misdemeanor)
William M. Seabolt, age 46 from Aurora-
Two counts-Neglect of a Dependent (Class D Felony)
Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony)
Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony)
Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony)
Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony)
Leslie J. Carnine, age 36 from Aurora-
Two counts-Neglect of a Dependent (Class D Felony)
Possession of Marijuana (Class D Felony)
Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony)
Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony)
Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony)
Kaiya T. House, age 19 from Aurora-
Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor)
Visiting a Common Nuisance (Class B Misdemeanor)
James W. Batts, age 44 from Aurora-
Possession of Schedule I Drug (Class D Felony)
Possession of Paraphernalia (Class D Felony)
Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony)
Christan A. Spaulding, age 21 from Aurora-
Possession of Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor)
Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (Class A Misd)
Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Class D Felony)
Obstruction of Justice (Class D Felony)
Also charged in the investigation was a 15 year old female from Aurora who will be facing charges in the juvenile court system. There are at least two other adults who could be facing numerous drug related charges and additional charges could be filed against the others already facing charges as this investigation continues.
Assisting Trooper McCreary at the scene was Sgt. Matt Burkhardt, Troopers Kyle Stovall, Brent Miller, and Brian Earls, along with officers from the Aurora and Lawrenceburg Police Departments.
Persons arrested are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. |
