[DNR] “Return to the ’40s” dinner and dance at Fort Harrison SP, Nov. 10

Entry Description
Join the Barton Rogers Big Band for an evening of big-band music, swing dancing and dinner at the historic Fort Harrison State Park Inn on Saturday, Nov. 10.
 
The dinner-dance will be in the main lodge of the Fort Harrison State Park Inn. Doors open at 5 p.m., with a cash bar available before the meal. Dinner will be served from 6 to 8 p.m., with the band performing from 8 to 10 p.m.
 
Dress is semi-formal or World War II-era men's and woman's fashions, including military uniforms. Seating is open.
Dinner for the dance is a four-course meal to include soup, salad, an entrée and dessert.

The cost is $30 a person, $50 a couple. Reservations are recommended, but tickets may be purchased at the door. There is a room, dinner and dance package available through the Fort Harrison State Park Inn for the evening for $125 per couple.
