[OUCC] I&M rate case schedule

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) and other formal parties have agreed to a schedule for the I&M rate case, including an April 27, 2012 deadline for the OUCC and other formal parties to file testimony with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).

For more details, please visit the OUCC’s Website at www.in.gov/oucc/2667.htm. The IURC will formalize the case’s procedural schedule in a prehearing conference order to be issued in the near future.

IURC public field hearings in I&M’s service territory will be scheduled with dates and locations to be determined. The OUCC continues to invite written consumer comments by mail, fax and email, and through its Website at http://www.in.gov/oucc/2361.htm.
