OCRA Designates Waterford Commons Business Park as Shovel-Ready

 

Indianapolis – The Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) will participate in a press conference to designate the Waterford Commons Business Park as an Indiana Shovel-Ready site. 

 

The Indiana Shovel Ready designation certifies sites that are ready for economic development.

 

WHO:             Matt Crouch, OCRA Shovel Ready Program Manager and Ryan Shrack, Community Liaison, OCRA; Mayor Allan Kauffman, Goshen; and Dorinda Heiden-Guss, president and CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County
