[ISP] Community Tip Leads to Two Arrests in Terre Haute

Vigo County----On Friday afternoon, April 5th, a tip from the community led Indiana State Police troopers from the Putnamville District Meth Lab Enforcement Team to the location of a man wanted on forgery charges. Troopers went to 2239 Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute where they found Travis Kraemer who was wanted on warrant for forgery. Upon arrival at the residence, troopers noticed a smell consistent with burnt marijuana. After further investigation, troopers located approximately 113 grams of suspected marijuana and numerous drug paraphernalia items associated with the use and distribution of marijuana.

Arrested: Travis Kraemer, age 21, Terre Haute, IN
Charges: Warrant Arrest for Forgery

Arrested: Cory N. Dixon, age 31, of Terre Haute, IN.
Charges: Dealing Marijuana, Class D felony
Possession of Marijuana (over 30 grams), Class D felony
Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D felony
Possession of Paraphernalia, A misdemeanor
***Taken to Vigo County Jail

Investigating troopers were Shilo Raulston, B.J. Patterson, and Mike Wood.
