Entry Description

Appellant appeals his conviction of and sentence for Class B felony aggravated battery, arguing the State did not present sufficient evidence he caused the victim serious permanent disfigurement or protracted functional impairment as required by statute, and his sentence is inappropriate based on the nature of his offense and his character.
