Entry Description
Appellee was stopped by police for driving on the left side of the road. Appellee moved to suppress evidence arising out of the stop, arguing he should not have been stopped because he couldn’t drive on the right side. The trial court found “driving left-of-center has become a necessity” because of county road conditions and granted the motion. The State appeals.
The Scheduled Panel Members are Chief Judge Robb, Judges Riley, and, May.
