Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the chamber floor and interacting with their state senators.
“It’s very rewarding to see so many students from our district participate in this program,” Delph said. “Serving as a page teaches students essential skills that directly apply to their work at school. I encourage anyone with an interest in enhancing these skills to apply.”
Students in grades six through 12 can participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays through April 4.
