Entry Description
Angola, IN-An Angola man was arrested early this morning by members of the Indiana State Police Anti-Crime Enforcement (A.C.E.) Team from the Fort Wayne post on felony warrants from Allen County; an arrest that led to the discovery of meth, marijuana, meth precursors and paraphernalia.
According to Trooper Caleb Anderson, this morning at approximately 12:30 a.m. he and members of the A.C.E. Team arrived at a residence in the 900 block of Saginaw Street in Angola to serve felony arrest warrants on 38 year old Kenneth W. Carnahan. Carnahan was located and taken into custody, without incident, and transported to the Allen County Lockup on Allen County charges of dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors.
An investigation subsequent to Carnahan’s arrest led to the discovery of meth, marijuana, meth precursors and drug paraphernalia inside of the residence. Anderson will be forwarding his investigation to the Steuben County Prosecutor’s Office for them to review for the potential of additional charges. Carnahan’s girlfriend was not charged at the time.
