INDOT will be replacing sensors in the roadway. The work will take place in the southbound left lane from approximately 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., and in the southbound right lane from approximately 1 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, March 20, similar work will occur in the I-69 northbound lanes at approximately the same location, near the 278 mile marker. The work will take place in the northbound left lane from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., and in the northbound right lane from 1 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Motorists should be aware of arrowboards and barrels directing traffic, as well as merging construction traffic and slow-moving equipment. All work is weather permitting. Work is expected to be complete by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20.
